The short drive to Blue Ridge dam provides the best float fishing in all of North Georgia - a 2-3 hour float through unbelievable fishing & nature - 2 kayaks are included with this cabin (no charge).

WildwaterRetreat has glass and decks which overlook 270 feet of gorgeous riverfront.  The large open yard, with firepit and riverside swing, has level access down to gorgeous but gentle rapids, swimming hole and large sandy beach.   The whole property has easy access to the river   -  fish, swim, sit or play in the cool waters of Fightingtown - one of North Georgia's premier trout streams.  The cabin is large, the yard is large, and the riverfront is large; full basement has walkout to large hot-tub, pool table and private bedroom/bathroom.  River floating tubes and 2 kayaks are included with this cabin (no charge).   

RiverDance of North Georgia has gorgeous Toccoa River frontage - you can actually fish from the river deck of the cabin which overhangs the river.  The gorgeous Toccoa River could not be any closer.   Just downstream from the fish hatchery, this section of water is a North Georgia premier fishing spot.  The river is wide, easily wadeable, with easy access for fishermen & children - 2 kayaks and river tubes are included.   RiverDance has rustic furnishings, wireless DSL, a custom built rustic play fort for the  kids.
